Sourced in 2001 as a four-story, 66-unit 1926-built apartment complex called the Claremont, this project is a testament to MILLER’S long-view approach and commitment to working seamlessly within communities. After updating and operating as the Claremont for five years, the moment was right to transition the project into its next phases. Miller worked alongside the existing tenants to redevelop the site into 54 condominiums in two phases, the first designed by Hickok Cole and the second by Cunningham Quill Architects.
