MILLER Group’s latest project—5523 Landy Lane—is set to reimagine active adult living in the greater D.C. area. Connecting Bethesda and Georgetown, this new, Capital Crescent Trail-adjacent property will be delivered as a refined, 55+ development with a wellness-centered approach. To further curate its prospective offering, MILLER Group is engaging with Greystar, renowned operators in the active adult sector, to more deeply study this community and deliver on the results.

MILLER Group is currently undertaking an entitlement effort to enhance project density and other aspects of the site entitlement. In addition, the team is also interfacing to identify areas for potential collaboration in producing affordable housing. MILLER Group is looking forward to efficient progress in advancing this project to the construction phase and seeing it through completion.
