In April 2023, MILLER Group brought on Evan Jacobs as Director of Investments & Acquisitions. An expert with over 12 years in the industry, Evan will be responsible for leveraging the firm’s existing platform to identify, underwrite, structure, capitalize, close, and provide strategic oversight of new, income-producing investment and development opportunities.
Evan began his career as a member of the JBG Companies’ investments team (now JBG Smith) and has since played a role in a number of premier, mixed-use development projects across the East Coast, including Eckington Yards (DC), Water Street (Tampa), Port Covington (Baltimore), and Brooklyn Village (Charlotte). Through his extensive network within the real estate industry, Evan is poised to expand MILLER’s portfolio and market presence.
