This past month, MILLER Group received full funding approval for their all-affordable seniors’ housing development at 2401 25th Street SE in Washington, D.C. The five-story development, which will transform a vacant, underutilized lot, is set to include 67 residential dwelling units designed for senior residents, all dedicated as affordable housing.
“Between land-use approvals and funding mechanisms, this has been a complex process to navigate, so we couldn’t be more excited by this approval,” says Carly Caceres, MILLER Group’s Chief Operating Officer. “We feel incredibly fortunate to have reached this point and look forward to delivering a top-tier project.”
MILLER Group anticipates construction to begin in early fall 2024.
